Advanced Conditional Logic
Gravity Forms offers logic that allows users to show/hide fields based on certain rules. This feature allows you to set rules on specific field options. Let's say you sell multiple insurance products across different states but only offer certain products in certain states. For example, you can hide life insurance if someone selects they are in Ohio.
Inventory / Capacity / Choice Limits
Useful for registrations, appointments, events, classes, products and lead distribution. Examples include, “Only 25 tickets available,” “maximum 3 submissions for this appointment,” “this option can only be selected 10 times,” or “once September 30 reaches 50 registrations, remove it.
Read Only Fields
Gravity Forms offers pre-selecting options from a field like a radio or checkbox, but your visitors can change those options. You may want to unchangeable pre-selections. That's where read only fields comes in handy.
Recent Entries
Does your site have a bunch of Gravity Forms? Then you know there's no easy way of seeing all entries, ordered by most recent submission. This plugin does just that. Easy peasy.
